Yogi Government will provide free houses to the poor and homeless people in the state. For this, the housing department is preparing the proposal. In this, the standard of selection of the poor for housing will be registered and registered. Due to this, the DPR will be prepared for housing scheme after the number of poor people are decided.
According to sources, people with less than three lakh rupees can be kept in the category of poor. At the same time, the vacant lands of different departments will be taken for the house, but the official announcement of this scheme will be done only when the Chief Minister approves it. After seeing the presentation of the housing department, Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath had discussed with the officials about providing accommodation for the poor people of the city free of cost. He said, there are many people in the city, who earn daily, eat daily.
But, they can not build a house. Therefore, they have to spend the night in the open or in the slum. There was an opinion in the discussion that the land and the money should be arranged for such people’s house in such a way that it does not bear the burden of the government or the poor people.
According to CM’s intention, officials of the Housing Department and Housing Board are busy finalizing the plan. When the blueprint is ready, it will be shown to the Chief Minister. After getting green signal from there, the name of the scheme will be named. Then its official announcement will be made.
New Scheme to Adjust to PM Housing Scheme: The state government is trying to set up a budget for the scheme of granting free houses to the poor under the Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme. Therefore, the proposed scheme will be implemented by adjusting in the Prime Minister’s Housing Plan. Consequently, the houses of the poor should be made from a grant of about 2.5 lakh rupees from both the governments so that there is no need to arrange extra money.
