Ghaziabad: The court of Chief Judicial Magistrate issued non-bailable warrants agaist Supertech Limited Chairman RK Arora, his wife Sangeeta Arora (joint managing director), son Mohit Arora (managing director) and GL Kheda (director). On Monday, the warrants have been issued in the matter of making and selling the shop unlike the rules on the green belt land. The next hearing will be on January 17.
Advocate Rajkumar Sharma said that the victim, Sonam Rungta, bought a shop in Supertec Estate in Vaishali Sector-9 of Ghaziabad for 17.75 lakh. The builder had earlier purchased Rohit and Ashok Chawla. After that, he sold the shop to Alimuddin, which bought Sonam later. There is a charge that Supertech was asked to pass the map from the GDA when selling the shop, while no map of the 18 shops built by the builder on the green belt was accepted from the Authority. In compliance with NGT orders, GDA destroyed these shops built in the green belt a few months ago by Supertech.
After this the victim filed a fraud case against the above four in the case on April 4. The advocate said that in this case, the police submitted charge sheet on July 12 in the court.
