Greater Noida: The District Court has ordered the Expressway Police Station to register a case against nine people, including the Chairman of the JP Group, in the case of fraud. On the petition of retired Brigadier Mahendra Kumar from the Indian Army, the court has sued the JP Group chairman Manoj Gaur, vice chairman Sunil Kumar Sharma, director Pankaj Gaur, director Ranvijay Singh, Sunny Gaur, Rahul Kumar, Amit Maavi, Gaurav Maavi and Arun Kumar Order is ordered. Advocate D.K. Sharma said that retired Brig Mahendra Kumar, resident of Sector 41, Noida had booked the flat in the JPGs Orchard Project in JP Sector 128 in 2011. The total value of the flat is Rs. 1 crore 34 lakh 14 thousand rupees. Out of this, one crore 6 thousand retired Brigadier Mahendra Kumar has deposited to the JP Group. The victim has not been captured even after six years on the flat booked in 2011. The claims of builders have been removed by the data of the Labor Department. It is alleged that there has been only nominal production on the site. The victim alleged that he had contacted the JP Group’s officials continuously but there was no satisfactory answer. After this the victim complained to the case at Expressway Police Station, but no action was taken. Taking cognizance of the application made in the court, the Court ordered the Express Police station to file a case against nine people, including the Chairman of the JP Group, in the case of cheating under the 156-3. The District Court has given the order, in the Noida Sector 128, proposed JP Genius Orchard Project.
Register a fraud case Against Arbatech Builder: Greater Noida: On the order of the District Court, Knowledge Park Police has registered seven cases of fraud and beatings of seven people, including four directors of Artech India Private Limited. The District Court has issued notice in case of contempt of court against Knowledge Park Kotwali in-charge Hansraj Bhadauria. Navin Bhatnagar, resident of Sector 41, Noida, came in contact with the builder in search of an office and shop. The victim has alleged that despite giving the money, he did not even get possession from the accused. In 2012, the builder was told to confiscate. The victim became angry and filed a petition in the court against the accused. The case has been filed against seven people including director Arun Ghai, Rajan Kumar Ghai, Randiv Mishra and Harish Chatrath. It is alleged that the victims were also involved in three different rounds of Kotwali. Finally, the court ordered the Knowledge Park Police to file a lawsuit. The police did not register a case even after this. After the district court’s notice came, the police has registered a case against the builder in the funeral.
