The District Magistrate issued instructions to file a case against the seven builders, showing strict stance. The District Magistrate also directed the officers of the Department of Registration that the builders who issued the compliance certificate have been issued by the Authority. Check that the builders have not captured the flat, if action is taken without registry, then action should be taken. Builders said in the meeting that due to the server being down the registry is taking a lot of time. The staff of the Authority reaches the office in the afternoon. That’s why the registrars are having problems. The District Magistrate resolved this problem by negotiating with the CEO of the Authority.
