New Delhi: Draw of DDA Residential Scheme is scheduled for November 30. Applicants can also go directly to the draw site and can watch their live telecast on their mobile and computer via the internet. Remember that Dainik Jagran had published the news on November 24 in this issue titled ‘Flat increased, application reduced, draw will be done between 27th to 30th November’.
According to the Delhi Development Authority (DDA) spokesperson, the Drawing of the Residential Plan 2017 will be held from 11 AM on Thursday at the DDA Headquarters Vikas Sadan located in the INA. The draw will be on random basis from computerized system in the presence of retired judge of Delhi High Court SN Agarwal, Department of Computer Science and Engineering, Professor Colin Paul of IIT Delhi and Vishnu Chandra, Deputy Director General of National Information Center (NIC).
Under this scheme, draws for 12,617 flats (HIG 85, MIG 403, LIG 11,737 and public 372). However, on June 30, when the scheme was launched then the number of flats was 12,072. A total of 46,182 applicants have been found to be eligible for the scheme. Earlier, the number of these applicants was 46,672. But quite a few applicants withdrew the application. According to the DDA spokesperson, the interested applicants can reach the Auction Hall of the Development Hall and can also see the draw on the screen and through the facility of the Internet, it can also watch its live telecast at www.webcast.gov.in/dda.
