After accepting NBCC’s proposal to complete all the Amrapali Builder’s projects and accepting it on behalf of the Supreme Court, in the minds of the flat buyers, there is hope for getting a house, on the other hand many doubt and questions have also been raised. People living in their societies are confused about the maintenance and the amount deposited for it. So far the money of maintenance was being deposited in the builder’s account. Where will they deposit this money from August and if they do not, then electricity will not be cut. Significantly, the Supreme Court has ordered to cease the builder’s account.
Residences in Confusion: Amrapali has about 10-12 projects in Noida. Even after not having registered AOA (Apartment Owner Association) in most of the projects, separate accounts have been opened for maintenance charge. The people of Amrapali Zodiac and Eden Park Project are in much dilemma. RWA president of Zodiac R.P. Singh says that after two to four days, the right position will be revealed. At the same time, having a registered AOA (Apartment Owner Association) in Amrapali Platinum would not be such a problem. Princely’s resident Sanjay Pandey says that four months ago, an account was opened in the same way, in which resident and the builder both are include, yet people are upset. Sanjay Nagpal, who lives in Safayar, says that there is a separate account in his society so there will be no problem. Similarly, there is a separate account in Silicon City too.
Where will the money come from?: In Greater Noida there are about 32 thousand buyers connected to Amrapali’s 6 residential projects. Greater Noida Authority had put Amrapali’s project in D category, which was considered in the most critical condition. After the Supreme Court order, buyer of Dream Valley Project and petitioner Indresh Gupta, he was told that he welcomes the order of the court.
He said that now he has got the hope of getting home, but the big question is this, the 3000 crores spent in completing the projects will come from where? We will demand that these loads should not fall on the buyers. The government should also come forward. At the same time, Bayer Jai Prakash of Centurion Park project said that we have once again stood back for six months, but the matter of happiness among all this is that the court has asked NBCC to complete the project. After accepting NBCC, the house will now be available in every situation. Similarly, Nifoa’s general secretary Shweta Bharti was told, so far, we were thinking why the government is obstructing, but this decision has awakened again once again.
Noida Authority’s OSD Santosh Singh says that after reading the copy of the court, something can be said about this, but residents do not have to worry. If there is such a problem in any project, then the solution will be taken at the local level, so that the maintenance is not affected.
