With the implementation of Rare and the price constant, the sale of homes in the top seven cities of the country has increased by 25 percent in the first six months of this calendar year. This has been said in a survey.
According to JLL’s joint survey of builders’ organization credit and asset-related consultation, about 64,080 homes were sold in the top seven cities during January-June this year. In the same period last year, 51,452 houses were sold in these cities. The survey said, “The credibility of this increase is to improve the trust of buyers in most states due to the implementation of RERA and the stabilizing capital prices.”
Ramesh Nair, chief of JLL India, Chief of the country, said that there has been a significant change in the pre-year period, which is a much desired incentive for the housing sector. During this period, 13,600 public offices were sold in Mumbai. After this, Bengaluru was second with the sale of 13,300 households. The new housing offer in Delhi-NCR increased by 26 percent. This increased to 10,383 homes sales. Sales in Pune increased by two percent to 9,988 homes.
