The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is going to launch new housing scheme on June 30. More than 12,000 flats will be kept for sale this time. There will be a large number of flats returned in the 2014 Housing Scheme. DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Prime Awas Yojana has got you covered thereby will get a large number of those subsidies on interest on home loans. DDA vice-chairman Uday Pratap Singh said, “We will launch Housing Scheme on 30 June.
The housing scheme will be available from 7.5 lakh to 1.44 crore rupees. Prices will depend on the type of flats and the area. Most of the flats will be of LIG One-Bedroom Category. A senior officer said, “There are more than 10,000 flats in the LIG one-bedroom category. Prices are between 14 to 30 lakhs. ‘”
As a nodal agency of PMAY in Delhi, DDA will help people to take advantage of the Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS). JP Agarwal, principal commissioner of Housing and Land Disposal in DDA said, “Under the scheme, the eligible allottee can get subsidy on interest. They can benefit from 2.4 lakh to 2.7 lakh rupees. However, the same allotments will be benefited by CLSS which will meet the provisions of the scheme on income and other scale.
The draws of many allotments will be come out within three months of the last date of submission of the form, but this time other than the previous time it has been ensured that only real buyers should apply for flats. For this, it is decided to impose penalty of 25 to 100 percent on Ernest Money. While giving the requisite for the flats, people will have to pay one lakh rupees for LIG, while for MIG and HIG 2 lakhs will be given as an Ernest money. However, no fines will be imposed on those people who will withdraw their applications before the draw. Agarwal said, “However, people will have to leave 25 percent of the total amount, which will surrender flat within 90 days of the draw.”
He said, “If any person surrenders flat within three months of issuance of demand letter, then only half of the money will be returned.” After this there is no discount. That is, three months after issuance of demand letter, there will be no money for surrender flat.
Earlier this scheme was coming in the month of March, but the land owned by the land, that is, the DDA decided to complete the pending works and provide basic facilities to those places. This decision was taken after the complaints regarding the absence of infrastructure in areas like Rohini and Narela on behalf of the allocation of the 2014 Housing Scheme.
