Welcome to DDA New Housing Scheme 2017 (Open from 30-Jun-2017 to 11-Aug-2017): The DDA’s Housing Scheme-2017 has been launched on Friday. This time there are 12,072 flats in the scheme. Price of the Form: DDA sources said that, five lakh brochures are being printed in the first phase. This time the brochure in the form has been priced at Rs 200. In the old housing scheme-2014, it was priced at Rs 150. All taxes have been included in this form. DDA expects more than one million applications will be received for their scheme this time. Where, How Many Flats?: There are 11,197 flat LIG and single bed rooms in this scheme of 12,072 flats. These include Rohini Sector-34 and 35 in the highest 3 thousand 612 flats in Narela-G-2 and G-8 and 2,059 in Sirspur. Apart from this, there are 404 MIG. Of these, 331 flats are in Narela Pocket-A9. Total number of HIG flats is 87 and 384 are public flats.
Price of Flats: There are some flats worth up to 30 lakhs. The price of public flats ranges from 7.5 lakhs to 12.5 lakhs rupees. With this MIG The price is Rs. 31 to 50 lakhs. Under the Prime Minister’s housing scheme, it is being said that subsidy will be given in bank loan on these flats, which are worth up to Rs 30 lakhs. According to the rules, if one withdraws his application, one day before the withdrawal, the registration fee will be charged. If someone draws the draw and withdraws the application after issuance of the demand letter, then the registration fee will be deducted 25%.
Applications will be Available Till August 11: The last date for applying for the scheme is August 11. During this time, banks and DDA will be able to get forms from selected offices. In the first scheme 10 banks were joining, but now two banks have pulled their hands back. In this, a bank has argued that its software is old, so a bank has said that the employee is low.
Sources have said that the applicants will not have to submit any documents while making the application. Just fill them up and fill the form. After this, if his name declare in the draw, then the documents will be taken for the claims made in the form. The name written in the form should be in PAN card.
Who can Apply
- Any citizen of the country whose age is 18 years of age or above can apply online or offline.
- The applicant should not have any plot or flat in Delhi. Also, the unmarried children have not any flat in Delhi.
- One person can fill the same application.
- Both husband and wife can apply but they will get a flat in the event of getting the flat.
How Can Apply: Applicant can fill Application Form online or offline. To fill the Application Form offline, applicant can collect Brochure/Application Form from the DDA Sale Counter, Vikas Sadan, New Delhi or designated Banks as per Annexure “B” and submit duly filled Application Form to designated bank along with registration amount. DDA Tied up with Bank: The Delhi Development Authority has tied up with 10 banks for the sale of application forms and scheme-related transactions. The banks are Axis Bank, Yes Bank, IDBI, Bank of Baroda, Central Bank, SBI, Kotak Mahindra, HDFC, ICICI and Canara Bank.
