Dadri: A case has been filed in Dadri Kotwali against the 11 builders of Ansal Builder on the order of the court giving no allotment to the allottees in Ansal Housing Society in Dadri area. Dinesh Dua, a resident of Bhimsen Colony of Ballabhgarh in Haryana, has alleged that in 2012, he had booked a flat in the society constructed near Chitherra village in Dadari area of Ansal Builder. While booking the flat he deposited six lakh rupees. It is alleged that the company had made a written agreement to give possession of the flat in 2015. Even after two years of passage of the written agreement of the company, they have not been given possession of the flat till date.
Even after repeated requests of the victim, when the company’s officials did not hear any further, the victim complained to the Dadri police to register a case. It is alleged that if the police did not file the case, the victim approached the court. On the court’s order, the Dadri police registered a case against 11 people including Ansal Builder’s director Ashish Sharma, General Manager Development, Vinod Sehgal, Atik, Mani Tiwari, Sunil, Anil, Sandeep, Dushyant Tomar on Sunday. Dadri Kotwali in-charge Ramseen Singh said that a case has been registered against the 11 officials of Ansal Builder on the order of the court.
