The committee of ministers set up to get the possession of flats to Noida-Greater Noida’s buyers has made the builders and authority officials happy in the meeting of Delhi on Thursday. The committee gave strict instructions to complete the promise made to CM in every situation. Authorities and builders also reiterated the promise to give flat to 50 thousand buyers till December. Apart from this, the ministers have also warned of taking stringent action against the officials who were pressuring the file. In addition, instructions have been made to make composite traffic plans and to provide urban facility, electricity, water, sewer to traffic in UP’s show window Noida and Greater Noida.
On the instructions of the CM, a 3-member committee was formed under the chairmanship of Suresh Khanna to resolve the buyers-builders dispute in Noida, Greno and Ghaziabad. Parliamentary Affairs Minister Suresh Khanna, Industrial Development Minister Satish Mehana and Minister Suresh Rana, in the meeting, met the officials of Noida-Greater Noida Authority in Delhi and officials of CREDAI on Thursday. In the last one month, the measures taken to give the buyers a position of the flat in the last one month were reviewed.
In the meeting, the Ministers told officials and builders of both the authorities that the builders had promised to CM status of to give 50 thousand flats in the next three months, they would have to fulfill their promise in every situation. Authorities will also have to be vigilant for this. Ministers have warned that if the builders do not fulfill their promise then be prepared for strict action. If an official of the Authority tries to hang a file then action will also be taken against him. However, the builders and authority officers told the committee that they will give 50 thousand flats to the position buyers till December 31.
